Jerome Russell's exclusive high performance lighteners work quickly to give maximum lightening action. Ideal for frosting, highlighting, foil applications, and full bleaching. Exclusive formulation leaves hair stronger, shinier, and healthier, eliminating the dry, brittle feel.

Directions: Mix equal amounts of Jerome Russell Lightest & Brightest bleach powder with Jerome Russell Cream Developer (available in 30 and 40 vol). Mix only in glass or plastic bowl. Use a plastic tint brush to apply immediately. Apply Jerome Russell bleach to dry hair. Do not shampoo before application. Wait 36 hours between applications.

WARNING: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with scalp, face, eyes, and neck. Do not apply if cuts, sores, or abrasions are present on the scalp. Always reseal bag and container. Store in a cool dry place.
