Customer service is AMAZING! I ordered 2 pots of dye and some other items... they arrived within 3 business days of my order. Due to a mix up, I received the wrong dye, so I sent a quick email. Within a couple of hours I had an email back, saying I could 1) keep the dye and 2) they would send the correct dye for free! The best bit was, when my dye promptly arrived, it came with a little handwritten note saying "Sorry for the mix-up" and some free flavored lipbalm! Little things like that make me want to keep ordering from a company. Way to go!
