Shipping & Returns

Shipping cost will be displayed in the Shopping Cart as you shop - just enter your zip code into the Shipping Estimator. It will also be displayed during the checkout process. Shipping cost is based on the weight of your order and delivery method.

We make every effort to get your package out to you as soon as possible. If the item is in stock, and all your order and payment information is verifiable, your package will generally be processed & shipped within 1-2 business days. Business days are Mon-Fri. Delivery times vary, see below.

Currently we only ship to the United States and Canada through our website.

United States (delivery times do not include order processing - add an additional 1-2 days for processing)
Estimated delivery time (once shipped) for First Class Mail 2-5 days.
Estimated delivery time (once shipped) for Priority Mail 2-3 days.
Estimated delivery time (once shipped) for Parcel Post 2-10 days. *we use this method for orders containing bleach or aerosal sprays
Orders containing bleach products, splat kits, or aeorosal sprays, MUST be shipped ground USPS Parcel Post.

Canada (delivery times do not include order processing - add an additional 1-2 days for processing)
Orders will be shipped USPS First-Class Mail International.
Delivery time varies approx. 1-3 weeks (due to customs).
Free shipping offers do not apply to orders outside of the U.S.
Orders containing bleach products, or aerosal sprays can not be shipped outside of the continental U.S. Please do not order these items if you are from Canada.

Order Tracking
Once your package has been shipped, you will be notified by email with a Shipping Notification email that includes a tracking number so you can track the shipment of your package via USPS. If you do not receive any email communications from us regarding your order be sure to check the email you supplied when creating your account to make sure you entered it correctly.

Once the package has been scanned and delivery is posted on www.usps.com this completes the transaction and our shipping responsibility. iDyeMyHair.com is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and these concerns should be addressed to the postal service.

For Canada (and other International orders taken by email) - tracking stops once the package leaves the U.S. - we are not able to provide tracking information or assist in delivery times unless the package is shipped via Priority Mail at an additional cost.

Sorry if we do not ship to your country at this time. You can contact us with your questions about International orders and we may be able to arrange something.

More on International orders - Please Read Most of our International shipping will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service First Class International Mail which does not have tracking outside the U.S. Tracking will show the exit of the package leaving the U.S. No further tracking is available unless your country tracks the package from there. Once it leaves the U.S. we cannot track your package or assist in delivery time of the package. For larger orders we may ship via USPS Priority International Mail if that is the more cost effective method, or if you request it. Shipping method can be discussed prior to arranging your order via email.

We are not responsible for undeliverable, missing, damaged, delayed or stolen packages through customs or your postal service. Please address these concerns to your local postal service or customs office. For orders shipped via USPS International Priority Mail, insurance can be added at an additional cost, which will allow you to file a claim if something does happen with your package.

We are not responsible for any Customs or Duty Fees. Importing charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. You are responsible for knowing any import costs that your country's custom office may charge. If you're not sure please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight company or when you pick up your package, and should not be confused with additional shipping charges.

Shipping time to International countries can vary and can take as long as 30 days. We are not responsible for shipping delays as a result of the Mail or Customs. There is no shipping on weekends or holidays.

Buyers are expected to know if they are allowed to purchase & receive such items from iDyeMyHair.com. When you place an order with us, it means you have read and agreed to these terms.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us! If there is a problem with your order, we will gladly do what we can to correct it. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We especially can not accept returns on used merchandise. You may Contact us with your issue to be looked at on a case by case basis as we may approve a return under unusual circumstances. Please do not return items without authorization. There will be a 25% restocking fee for any unauthorized returns or refusals.

Damages and shortages must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us as soon as possible if you received the wrong items or if any items were damaged so we can correct the problem. Please attach photos of damage when possible.

All authorized returns must be received within 30 days. Returns must be packed and sealed securely. We will not accept a return with damage or obvious signs of wear and tear, use or misuse. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
