Shipping

Shipping charges will be displayed in the Shopping Cart and Checkout when you place an order.

Currently we only ship within the United States. Most orders will ship by USPS Priority Mail (2-4 day delivery estimate). Due to shipping regulations orders containing peroxide, aerosols, hair sprays, and other items that may be hazardous during transit will be shipped by US Parcel Post (2-7 day delivery estimate). Shipping charge will vary based on the size of your order. Your shipping charge will be shown in your shopping cart and during checkout.

We make every effort to get your package out to you as soon as possible. If the item is in stock, and all your order information is verifiable, your package will be shipped within 3 business days.

Note: Wisconsin residents are charged a 5.0% sales tax.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us! Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless there are unusual circumstances which are looked at on a case by case basis. Contact us with your issue, please do not return items without authorization.

For health reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair dye, bleach, cosmetics, socks or legwear even if unopened.

Damages and shortages must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order.

All authorized returns must be received within 30 days. Returns must be packed and sealed securely. We will not accept a return with damage or obvious signs of wear and tear, use or misuse. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees.


While delivery time with USPS is fast & reliable, in the rare event that you do not receive your package, first contact your local post office and check with them. It is extremely rare that USPS won't deliver your package in a timely fashion. In the event that there is some problem, it is not uncommon for it to take up to 21 business days to be resolved. We do everything we can to get your package shipped out to you in a timely manner, and we greatly appreciate your patience in dealing with any problem related to the delivery service that is out of our control.
