Shipping
Shipping cost will be displayed in the Shopping Cart as you shop, and during Checkout when you place an order. Shipping cost will vary based on the weight of your order.
We make every effort to get your package out to you as soon as possible. If the item is in stock, and all your order and payment information is verifiable, your package will generally be shipped within 1-2 business days.
Currently we only ship to the United States
United States- Most orders will ship by USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery estimate). Due to shipping regulations orders containing bleach, aerosol hair sprays, and other items that may be hazardous during transit must be shipped by USPS Parcel Post (2-7 day delivery estimate). Small orders with a shipping charge of $3.50 or less will be shipped via First Class (such as shoelaces, jewelry, makeup).
Sorry we do not ship to other countries at this time. You can contact us with your questions about International orders and we may be able to arrange something.
Tracking- Once your package has been shipped, you will be notified by email with a tracking number so you can track the shipment of your package.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us! Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless there are unusual circumstances which are looked at on a case by case basis. Contact us with your issue, please do not return items without authorization.
For health reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair dye, bleach, cosmetics, socks or legwear even if unopened. Damages and shortages must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order.
All authorized returns must be received within 30 days. Returns must be packed and sealed securely. We will not accept a return with damage or obvious signs of wear and tear, use or misuse. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
