Shipping charges will be displayed in the Shopping Cart and Checkout when you place an order.
Currently we only ship within the United States. Most orders will ship by USPS Priority Mail. Due to shipping regulations orders containing peroxide, aerosols, hair sprays, and other items that may be hazardous during transit will be shipped by US Parcel Post.
We make every effort to get your package out to you as soon as possible. If the item is in stock, and all your order information is verifiable, your package should be shipped within three business days. If you have questions about the status of your order contact us with your questions.
Note: Wisconsin residents are charged a 5.0% sales tax.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us! Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless there are unusual circumstances which are looked at on a case by case basis. Contact us with your issue, please do not return items without authorization.
For health reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair dye, bleach, cosmetics, socks or legwear even if unopened. Damages and shortages must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order.
All authorized returns must be received within 30 days. Returns must be packed and sealed securely. We will not accept a return with damage or obvious signs of wear and tear, use or misuse. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
